Jon Uchacz of Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS), supports small- and mid-sized businesses across southwestern Ontario. Jon partners directly with organizations to strengthen their health and safety culture, offering guidance that’s practical, people-centered, and rooted in real-world impact.
He brings a background in small business, a passion for education, and a relational approach to problem-solving. He believes safety isn’t just about compliance—it’s about creating environments where people feel valued, equipped, and empowered to do their best work.
